THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS WE OFFER:

FIRST MORTGAGES:

I have a long list of first mortgage lenders including but not limited to all but one of the major Canadian banks. I also utilize the services of many alternative "A" lenders who will compete head to head with the big banks to earn your business.

SECOND MORTGAGES:

I have resources to supply institutional and privately funded second mortgages. Second mortgages can be used to unlock equity from your existing property, providing funds to consolidate debt, use as a down payment on a recreational property or possibly to renovate. It's up to you.

SECURED LINES OF CREDIT:

Much like a mortgage, a secured line of credit uses the equity in your home to unlock funds for other purposes. This type of credit facility allows you to access an available balance and re pay based on the interest owing only. If a consumer loan bares interest at a higher rate than a secured line, this may be the way to finance that next big purchase.

EXTENDED AMORTIZATIONS

25, 30, 35 year amortizations are available. These programs have been put in place to assist prospective home owners in affording the monthly payments in an ever increasing housing market. The longer the amortization, the lower the payment. Give me a call and I'll explain how.

HIGH RATIO FINANCING!!

That's right. There was a time when the minimum down payment on a mortgage was 25%. No longer. You can now finance as much as 95% of your home ownership loan. Give me a call and I'll explain how.

INVESTING YOUR MORTGAGE FUNDS.

I can supply what I call a fractioned mortgage. This type of loan is based on the equity in your home. The mortgage is "fractioned" into separate credit facilities at different rates allowing you to free up funds for investment purposes and benefit from the resulting tax advantages.
