My name is Adrian McInerney. I am an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) with the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) working a Mortgage Agent for the Oriana Financial Group of Canada ltd. I am also a member in good standing with the Ontario Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (IMBA). As such, I provide mortgage solutions to both buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and secondary or recreational properties such as cottages, rentals etc. I also specialize in helping those with challenged or poor credit, past bankrupts and consumer proposals. I love first time buyers and am well versed in that discipline. I personally service clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Halton Region.
